Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RamaPrint SH.P.K. ("we", "us"), operator of BAURIO, collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and application at baurio.ch (the "Service"). We respect the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP/revDSG).

1. Who is responsible

The data controller for your account and website data is RamaPrint SH.P.K., UÇK, p.n., Rahovec, Kosovo. Contact: [email protected].

For the content you enter into the Service about your own clients, employees and projects, you are the controller and we act as your processor — we only process that data to provide the Service to you, under your instructions.

2. What data we collect

  • Account data — business name, your name, username, e-mail address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Content data — the projects, clients, contacts, employees, time records, documents and photos you create in the Service.
  • Usage & technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, kept in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
  • Payment data — handled by our payment partner (see section 5). We never receive or store your full card details.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

  • To provide, operate and secure the Service — performance of a contract.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing and support — performance of a contract.
  • To keep the Service safe and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies — a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token that keep you logged in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers who help us run BAURIO, under appropriate data-processing agreements:

  • Payments: Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as Merchant of Record and processes your subscription payment and any related tax.
  • Hosting: your account and content data is stored on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Germany (EU/EEA).
  • E-mail: transactional e-mails (e.g. verification codes) are delivered through our e-mail provider.
  • Protection against misuse: the sign-in, sign-up, password-reset and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to tell people from automated programs. For this check Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical details of your browser. The data is not used for advertising.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

7. International transfers

BAURIO is operated by a company based in Kosovo, while your account and content data is hosted on servers in Germany (EU/EEA). Data may also be processed by our payment partner and e-mail provider. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as EU standard contractual clauses) to protect it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-company data isolation and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you by e-mail or in the app.
