Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BAURIO (the "Service"), operated by RamaPrint SH.P.K. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BAURIO is a cloud-based platform that helps construction teams manage projects, time tracking, Regie reports, clients, teams and documents. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your account, your users and all activity under your login, and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• The Service is intended for businesses and professional use.

3. Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account may be suspended and access to features paused until you choose a plan.

4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

• Paid plans are offered as Monthly (99€ / month) or Yearly (999€ / year), as shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions are sold and processed by our payment partner Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. Your subscription contract for payment is concluded with the Merchant of Record on our behalf.
• Any applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated, collected and remitted by the Merchant of Record. Prices are shown excluding or including tax as indicated at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled through the Merchant of Record.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts; resell or misuse the Service; or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your data and ownership

You own the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate and support the Service for you. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store any third-party (e.g. client or employee) data you enter.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the BAURIO name and logo, is owned by RamaPrint SH.P.K. and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

9. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service reliable and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
