For small and mid-sized companies in construction and the building trades, such as general contractors, builders, painters, plasterers, electricians or plumbers, who want to organise their projects without paper and spreadsheets.

No. BAURIO runs in the browser. You sign in on the website and start working. Updates happen automatically.

Yes. The application adapts to phone, tablet and desktop and is used in the browser of your device. A separate app from an app store is not required.

This website is available in English, German and French. The interface of the application itself is currently in English and uses the terms common in Swiss construction, such as Regie Rapport.

After signing up you can use BAURIO with all functions for 7 days. You do not need a credit card to start the trial.

BAURIO costs €99 per month or €999 per year. The price applies per company and includes every function. With the yearly plan you save €189.

No. The price applies to your company, not to the number of users. You can create accounts for your whole team.

If you have not chosen a plan by the end of the trial, access to the application may be paused until you subscribe. Your data is kept so that you can continue where you left off.

Payment is processed by our partner Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record. It offers the payment methods at checkout, calculates the applicable VAT and issues your invoice.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your access until then.

Your account and project data is stored on servers in Germany (EU). BAURIO is operated by RamaPrint SH.P.K., based in Kosovo.

No. Every company works in its own strictly separated space. Users only see the data of their own company.

You do. The content you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.

No. We only use the cookies that are technically necessary for login and security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Yes. Every user receives individual access rights, for example to edit projects, delete content, see prices or manage project hours. Modules can also be shared with selected employees only.

Regie reports can be downloaded as PDF and time records as an Excel file. Photos, plans, schedules and tender documents can each be downloaded as a ZIP archive.

Yes. You create quotes, down-payment, partial and final invoices with line items, discounts and VAT and output them as PDF with the Swiss QR-bill, including a payment overview and reminders.

A single file can be up to 20 MB. Plans, schedules and tender documents accept PDF and image files, and photos can be optimised automatically on upload.
