Frequently asked questions
Can I quote prices including VAT?
Yes. With “prices include VAT” the total is the sum of the prices; the VAT contained is only shown.
Do I see whether the customer read the quote?
Yes. BAURIO shows “seen”, “accepted” or “declined” with the reason – and tells you in the bell.
Can I attach samples or photos?
Yes, you can attach files and standard attachments such as terms or care instructions to the quote.
