Yes, as work without a project or on an internal “workshop” project.
How do Regie reports get into the invoice?
In the invoice choose “bill Regie reports”; open reports become positions and are marked as billed.
Can I handle overtime supplements?
Yes, supplements for overtime, night, Sunday and public holiday work are set under Settings → Time.
